Tim Noonan is Director for New Business, Hospital Market & West Michigan National for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
Tim is responsible for leading the national and hospital market segments evolution within the BCBSM Auto, National and Key Accounts division. Overseeing multi-year strategic business plans and tactical success that support national account priorities; including the creation, improvement success plans and key performance indicators to meet/anticipate future market requirements.
Aspects of his responsibilities includes collaboration with Consortium Health Plans as committee participant, leading client interest, focusing on tactical work with marquee national accounts to drive market impact position and delivery of high-quality services to consumers on national platforms.
Prior to joining BCBSM in 2008, Noonan served as an account consultant within the South-East Michigan brokerage community and held various entrepreneurial roles.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
