Brooks Deibele – Enterprise Sales leader, EB Shareholder, Holmes Murphy
Brooks Deibele is the Enterprise Sales Leader for our Holmes Murphy Employee Benefits division. In this role, Brooks is responsible for leading the Employee Benefits Sales Practice for the entire enterprise, while also supporting key client relationships, leading strategy development, and vendor negotiation work. Brooks is also a member of Holmes Murphy’s Brokerage Services Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Holmes Murphy, Brooks was the President of Commercial Markets for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where he was a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role and during his six years with Blue Cross, Brooks was responsible for ensuring the strategic vision and direction to attain commercial market growth, profitability, and overall stakeholder satisfaction. He also oversaw the development and management of all commercial products and services. Prior to Blue Cross, he spent nearly a decade at UnitedHealthcare in leadership positions of significant responsibility.
Brooks earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Management from St. John’s University. He also completed the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Executive Education Program.
Brooks served as the Chair and a board member of the Minnesota Alliance for Youth and on the Board of Consortium Health Plans and Learn To Live.
