    As Director of National Solutions & Network Management for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Alina leads a hybrid team that is responsible for supporting national group customer business and for leading Michigan’s ancillary contracting and network management strategy. She started her career with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in 2010 as a senior health care analyst in the Physician Group Incentive Program (PGIP) where she worked on physician group incentive programs including appropriate emergency department use and clinical quality improvement initiatives.
    Prior her tenure with BCBSM, Alina worked for organizations focused on public health and delivery of high quality care for veterans developing extensive experience in non-profit organizational leadership. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s degree in urban planning from Wayne State University.
