    Andrea Wilson brings over 25 years of national health insurance and benefits experience to her role as senior director of account management for major and national accounts. In this role, Andrea manages a team that has accountability for client retention and growth, margin contribution and overall business performance of employers in the national accounts segment.

    Andrea joined Blue Cross in 1996 and previously served as principal account manager, managing and consulting with national employer groups on overall strategy and benefits. She has also worked in various customer service and operational roles within Blue Cross for large national employers. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
