    PRESENT RESPONSIBILITIES
    Ashley is an Executive Director in the Actuarial & Analytics team at Consortium. In this role, she has leadership responsibilities in the UDS discount and risk adjusted PMPM submission processes. She also oversees detailed reviews of Blue Plans’ data in order to optimize their UDS submissions. Ashley is the business owner of several products and services Consortium offers in support Blue Plan National Account sales and retention activities, including those focused on network pricing data, repricing analyses, and benchmarking intelligence. Lastly, Ashley is engaged in maintaining relationships with the national health benefits consulting firms through the UDS submission activities.

    EXPERIENCE
    Ashley has 15 years of health care experience in both carrier and consulting organizations. She held multiple roles at a national health carrier for nearly 10 years; most recently, she was a director in the National Accounts Actuarial team. In her carrier roles, she gained experience in pricing, product development, benefit strategy, reserving, tool development, competitive analyses, and rate filing and implementation across all commercial group sizes. Ashley also has prior experience as a health benefits consulting actuary at one of the major consulting firms. Ashley is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
