Sara Kilmon serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Consortium Health Plans. In this capacity, she is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of internal and external marketing communications. She drives digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, maintains brand guidelines and alignment, curates and develops marketing assets and collateral, and steers system-wide national messaging. She also supports the goals and priorities of Consortium’s National Account Committees and Work Groups. Prior to joining Consortium in 2015, Sara led B2B marketing initiatives for a Maryland-based risk management consulting firm.
Sara holds a Master of Science in Marketing from University of Maryland’s Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Salisbury University.
