    Professional Background:

    Heather has over 24 years of experience working in employee benefits. Heather started her career working in customer service and claims and quickly moved into an account management role where she served as a Principal Account manager overseeing a book of five national accounts. In February of 2022 Heather took a role in account management leadership. She has also spent time working in Sales to gain new business for BlueCross.

    In her current role Heather leads a team of account managers that work with some of the largest and most complex employer clients of BlueCross. She has accountability for growth, retention and customer satisfaction of her team’s book of business and effectively managing the strategic goals of the Major and National Accounts segment. She has responsibility for development and oversight of the account management team to successfully achieve department goals and client expectations. She is also responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans that build upon and maintain strong relationships between Blue Cross and strategic partners.

    Education:

    Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel University.
